How can I return an item?

Due to every product being fulfilled as it's ordered, we cannot offer size exchanges or refunds. However, if an item is defective or you received the wrong item, please email us at bismillahjrshop@gmail.com with your order number and billing address.


How long do orders take to be processed and shipped out?

Each and every order is custom made and require up to 7 business days to finish. Most orders are dispatched within 5 business days or less. Please allow sufficient time for shipping time in addition to this.

Can I make changes to my order?

All sales are finals. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.


My order was lost/stolen

The best course of action is to report and file the package as missing mail. Bismillah Jr is not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Bismillah Jr will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

My package was returned due to an insufficient address. Can I get it reshipped?

Once orders are returned to our warehouse, address updates require a reshipment fee. Please email us at bismillahjrshop@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help you get your cute merchandise! Please note: After 15 business days, returned items will be marked as unclaimed.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

All of our items go through stringent quality control before being shipped out to ensure a delightful experience upon receipt! If an item is defective or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 business days of receiving the shipment bismillahjrshop@gmail.com with your order number and billing address.
